**COMPLETION OF YOUR BLOOD, URINE AND X RAY EXAMS ARE MANDATORY WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF UNDERGOING YOUR MEDICAL EXAM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL DELAY YOUR MEDICAL PROCESS AND COULD AFFECT YOUR VISA APPLICATION**

FOR THOSE OF YOU APPLYING FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCY UNDER THE EXPERIENCE CLASS OR PROVINCIAL NOMINEE, YOU MUST HAVE THE MEDICAL REQUEST PROVIDED TO YOU BY C.I.C FOR US TO BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU. WE ARE UNABLE TO DO AN UPFRONT MEDICAL FOR THIS TYPE OF APPLICATION.

FAMILIES: PLEASE BOOK SEPARATE INDIVIDUAL APPOINTMENTS FOR EVERY MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY, ADULT AND CHILD ALIKE.

IF YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE DO SO 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.

What to bring:

Please bring your valid passport or notorized copy of your passport, driver license, national identification card, or refugee paper. (no other forms of ID are accepted). *If you are unable to provide us with a valid proof of ID you will be refused service NO EXCEPTIONS.

New: You are no longer required to bring photographs. We will take the photos at our office at no extra cost.

Price:

The cost for your Medical Exam and/or Re-Assesment is $225.00 CDN per person child and adult alike- Accepted methods of payment are Cash, Bank Certified Cheque (NO PERSONAL CHEQUES) or money orders. -No debit, No Credit cards. Please bring exact change if paying in cash.

X-Rays / Radiology:

Chest X-Rays are required for ages 11 and up, and are available at the below locations ONLY!! You do not require an appointment for your chest X Ray. They are walk-in only

Please be advised that these are the only radiology clinics that do e-medicals and are designated by Immigration Canada. DO NOT GO TO ANY OTHER CLINIC FOR YOUR CHEST X-RAY. Failure to follow these instructions will result in major delays with your medical exam.

Laboratory (Blood and Urine Tests):

Walk-ins are not accepted, so you must make an appointment by calling: (403) 777-5136. You will not be able to book your Laboratory appointment online you must call to book for Immigration Blood and Urine tests. We strongly recommend making arrangements to have the required blood and urine test at least 1.5 hours after your appointment with us to allow time for travel or any unexpected delays.

Ages 5-14: Require only a urine test
Ages 15 and older: Require Urine test and Blood test

Fasting is not necessary, you may eat/drink before your blood and urine test.

*PLEASE BE ADVISED: ONCE YOUR MEDICAL HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE RMO IN OTTAWA YOU MAY FOLLOW UP THE STATUS OF YOUR MEDICAL BY CALLING 1-888-242-2100. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT OUR OFFICE FOR AN UPDATE AS WE WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION OTHER THEN WHEN YOUR MEDICAL WAS SUBMITTED. OUR OFFICE DOES NOT PROVIDE COPIES OF MEDICALS TO APPLICANTS. IF YOU WANT COPIES THEN YOU MAY CALL C.I.C AND THEY MIGHT PROVIDE YOU WITH DETAILS.

**If you do not complete your medical exam within 6 months of your initial visit (excluding pregnant women), in accordance with C.I.C, your medical will be removed from our database which will result in major delays with your application process and all financial cost incurred will be your responsability.
